 Pick-up and drop-off details
Pick-up and drop-off times are between 10am-2pm.
These times vary on weekends.
We will call a couple of days ahead to inform you of your dog's pick up time.
Make sure you get that conformation call!!!
If these times do not work, please book an extra day onto your dog's stay so that we can pick them up a day earlier and/or drop them off a day later

We will pick-up or drop-off your dog while he has fun playing at this wonderful daycare. $10.50 service fee applicable. Regular clients of Dog People Dog Daycare with passes, this pick-up and drop-off service is free of charge.
Pick-up and drop-offs are only within the Calgary city limits, if you live outside of Calgary you will be required to drop off your dog at Dog People Dog Daycare.
Any city or rural area EAST of the city, off of the #1 highway including Strathmore, Chestermere, Langdon ect, are the only exceptions to this rule.
We do not run into the city every day, so occasionally we will extend your dog's stay and combine our pick-up and drop-offs to one day instead of several; therefore we get to spend more time at the kennel playing with and caring for all of our dogs.
If we move you so that your dog's stay is extended you are not charged for the extra days.
You are always welcome to drive out and drop-off or pick-up your dog. You have the opportunity to go for a lovely walk with the dogs and see how we run our facility. Simply e-mail and let us know when you are coming and we will send directions
What is needed when we pick up your pup:
- Reservation form submitted - please make sure your dates and math are correct for payment
- Food - All we require is your dog food measured out and put in a large disposable bag.
(no containers or individual bags for each meal please)
No bowls or measuring cups please.
Please note: extra food will not be returned, so please measure accordingly.
- Payment (cash for first time clients please)
- Please make sure your dog has not eaten at least 2 hours before your pick up time and has gone to the washroom before the drive out to Paradise.
FOOD - FORM - PAYMENT - POTTY
Having everything ready to go makes our pick ups faster so that we do not have dogs waiting in the vehicle longer then they need to be.
We have everything your dog needs to be comfortable while at the kennel; a bed, blankets, toys, chews, bowls and leashes. We prefer not to take any personal items of your dog as other guests tend to be very interested in things that smell different and therefore you dogs beloved toy or blanket becomes a chew toy for the other dogs.
